After that, automatic reminders run at 24 hours and again at 2 hours before each appointment. On the Growth tier, after a completed visit Nortixx asks customers to rate their experience. Happy ones get your Google review link. Once it's live, that loop runs on its own.

Isn't this just a cheaper version of the big platforms?

How do I cancel, and can I get a refund?

Cancel anytime in a couple of clicks from your billing page. It stops every future charge, and you keep access through the time you already paid for. No annual contracts. We do not routinely refund partial months, which is exactly why the trial exists, so you can decide before you ever pay.
